About the event

In today's rapidly changing world, the intersection of environmental and social sustainability with culture has never been more critical. This event aims to explore this dynamic relationship by bringing together thought leaders, artists, activists, and change-makers to engage in a meaningful dialogue.  We are honoured to have the founder of the Biennale of Women in Art as our special guest to share her insights and experiences in promoting gender equality and sustainability through the medium of art.

Event Highlights:

  1. Keynote Address: The event will kick off with a keynote address of Dr Audrey-Flore Ngomsik, CEO of Trianon Scientific Communication, where she will reflect on how art can be a powerful tool for addressing environmental and social issues.
  2. Conversation: Engage in stimulating discussion featuring Jemina Kulumba, artists, and activists, where she will delve into topics such as:"Art as a Catalyst for Environmental Awareness and Activism" "The Intersection of Gender Equality and Sustainability: Art's Role in Empowering Women" "Preserving Indigenous Cultures and the Environment: Lessons from Art and Tradition"
  3. Artistic Showcase: Experience the beauty and impact of art firsthand through an exhibition of works by women artists who have participated in the Biennale. These pieces will explore themes related to sustainability, culture, and social change.
